Loccioni@ NI Week 2014 becomes “Platinum”

The Italian based group is honored to have reached this important result entering the very prestigious and exclusive group of the best 18 global National Instruments’ Partners.
 
This result  officially ratify the highest level of strategic partnership between the Loccioni Group  and National Instruments.
 
Thanks to this important and enduring collaboration, during the event Loccioni Group was honored to compete also to the conquest of various other awards, as: NI Regional Partner of the Year – Europe , NI CompactRio Partner of the Decade  and NI Engineering Impact Award.
 
In all the above mentioned categories the Loccioni Group has performed brilliantly.
 
It was one of the top four Alliance Partner in Europe, with Alfamation (Italy), Noffz ComputerTechnik (Germany) and Serco (UK); and finalist for the award dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the “CompactRio” product, with other ten companies from around the world, and where the winner was the American company Lime Instruments.
In the category “NI Engineering Impact Award”, an annual technical application contest, Loccioni Group was ranked into the first 14 companies out of a total of 120, thanks to the develop of the Hybrid Inverter Test System Elektra .
For Loccioni Group, an additional reason of pride was the case study “Developing a mobile robot to inspect railway switches” presenting the innovative System for automatic railroad switch inspection Felix.
 
 
NI Week 2014 was held from the 4th to the 7th of August 2014 at the Austin Convention Center in Texas USA.
 
NI Week is a global conference on graphical system design that brings together more than 3,200 leading engineers and scientists across a spectrum of industries, from automotive to telecommunications to robotics to energy.
Data in hand, the event of this year took place more than 220 interactive technical sessions, case study presentations and panel discussions on specific topics of innovation.
