We are inaugurating the first corporate library in the Marche region—one of the first in Italy—a new space dedicated to knowledge sharing and to educating the next generation of “intrapreneurs.
In Angeli di Rosora, within the Loccioni technological campus, the Corporate Library comes to life: a space where knowledge is conceived as the infrastructure of innovation.
Located in a restored farmhouse at the heart of the Leaf Community, the Library evokes the company’s agricultural and Benedictine roots. It is both a symbolic and a tangible place, where a clear vision takes shape: to innovate, one must first understand. As with the bow and the arrow, to go far you must first draw back: study history, delve into sources, and reconnect with origins.
The project stems from a public-private partnership with the Municipality of Maiolati Spontini, enabling the adoption of tools and standards from the Italian National Library Service. Today, the Loccioni Library is part of the national collective catalog, strengthening the bond between business and local territory.
The collections both reflect and nurture the company’s cultural directions:
Business Inspirers, with over 200 volumes dedicated to entrepreneurs and companies that have shaped their time, from Olivetti to Bosch, from Merloni to Siemens
Managerial and technical culture, where relational skills and personal development intersect with robotics, mechatronics, and artificial intelligence
Measurement, a distinctive Loccioni competence, enriched by contributions from international clients
The local territory, with more than 350 volumes covering history, art, and traditions
A central role is also played by the collection of clients’ identity publications: books, stories, and documents from companies around the world, becoming a shared heritage to understand models, values, and paths to excellence. In this way, the Library becomes a living archive of entrepreneurial experiences, capable of inspiring.
Within this context, the Company-School model takes shape, finding in the Library a meeting point between education and work: an open space for young people and for anyone who seeks to build their path through competence and passion.
