For this reason, today we live with great emotion and sense of responsibility the start of construction of the new Loccioni premises, a beautiful, comfortable and energy-independent building where energy, including that of people and ideas, is able to express itself, carrying out projects increasingly important.
 
The new building is part of the Leaf Community project, the first eco-friendly community in Italy that today becomes the first real example of a micro-grid, thanks to the implementation of energy storage systems and intelligent management of energy flows. An open laboratory for experimenting innovative and sustainable solutions that will create opportunities of development for the whole area.
