Loccioni directly addresses these bottlenecks by acting as a strategic partner for both established production processes and innovative research and development projects.

The Loccioni Hydrogen portfolio includes:

-Advanced test and validation benches: bespoke test systems for fuel cells, electrolysers, injectors and Balance of Plant (BOP) components to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.

-Testing campaigns in the Hydrogen Nomadic Labs mobile laboratories: these mobile test facilities, part of Loccioni’s sustainable smart network, are dedicated to carrying out on-site measurement campaigns on all the components mentioned above. This includes a brand-new, state-of-the-art test bench, designed specifically for alkaline and AEM electrolysers with a power output of up to 1 MW.

-Continuous in-line quality analysis: real-time gas analysis systems that monitor the purity and quality of hydrogen directly within the production line.

-AULOS software platform: a proprietary and highly specialised software platform, designed specifically for hydrogen applications. AULOS provides integrated management of every aspect, from test benches and assembly lines right through to hydrogen products destined for end users.
